Hey there! I’m a one-person show over here, crafting each loaf and treat with love as your local artisan baker. Because of this, I need a minimum of 48 hours' notice for orders, and I stick to a schedule to keep things running smoothly. Here’s how it works:

Country Sourdough, Focaccia, & Pizza Dough: Available Tuesday through Saturday—your go-to carbs for the week!

Flavored Sourdoughs: Baked with flair on Wednesdays only—mark your calendars for these special flavors.

Cookies & Morning Rolls: Friday is sweet treat day—because Fridays just deserve it.

Gluten-Sensitive Sourdough: Available during pre-order events (about once a month)—keep an eye out for announcements!
