The baking Schedule:
I am an Artisan baker working on my own. For this reason, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice and I have specific bake days where I make and bake different products. Country Sourdough, sourdough focaccia and pizza dough are available from Tuesdays through Saturdays. Flavoured Sourdoughs are baked on Wednesdays only. Cookies and Morning Rolls are baked on Fridays only. Gluten Sensitive Sourdough is available by Pre-order events only. (about once per month)
Please reach out if you require larger quantities for a special order. I can accommodate different bake days for larger orders.
