The baking Schedule:

I am an Artisan baker working on my own.  For this reason, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice and I have specific bake days where I make and bake different products.  Country Sourdough, sourdough focaccia and pizza dough are available from Tuesdays through Saturdays.​  Flavoured Sourdoughs are baked on Wednesdays only. Cookies and Morning Rolls are baked on Fridays only. Gluten Sensitive Sourdough is available by Pre-order events only.  (about once per month)

Please reach out if you require larger quantities for a special order.  I can accommodate different bake days for larger orders.
