The classic sourdough - chewy interior comprising of 10% fresh ground Hard Spring Wheat, and 90% wheat flour. 


We do not use any preseratives or dough enhancers in our breads.  All sourdoughs in the bakery are leavened naturally with Levain (sourdough starter)
