Artisanal fresh bread in Prince Rupert
Our breads have four main components: Flour, Salt, Water and Starter/Yeast. We take pride that the bakery utilizes only fresh ingredients, without the addition of preservatives.
The breads are made in small batches, and it can take 16-24 hours from mixing to baking. We rely on overnight fermentation to develop beneficial microbes and outstanding flavours, making the Sourdough YPR line of breads much easier for most people to digest and savour.
