Looking for an alternative to wheat based flours?  We are now offering a gluten free yeasted bread comprising of a blend of white and brown rice flours, Tapicoa &  Potato starch.  This is a dense and hearty loaf with a moist and delicious crumb texture.  Perfect for sandwiches, and delightful for morning toast.
