The light rye sourdough base - chewy interior comprising of 10%  Rye Flour and 90% White Wheat flour.  Lovely plump cranberries and toasted walnuts are added to the dough for extra flavour


We do not use any preseratives or dough enhancers in our breads.  All sourdoughs in the bakery are leavened naturally with Levain (sourdough starter)

Ingredients:  Flour, Water, Salt, Cranberries, Walnuts

Approx. 750 grams prebaked dough weight
