A chewy interior comprising of 5%  Whole Wheat Flour and 90% White Wheat flour.  Lovely plump cranberries and Pecans are added to the dough for extra flavour
 
We do not use any preseratives or dough enhancers in our breads.  All sourdoughs in the bakery are leavened naturally with Levain (sourdough starter)

Approx. 850 grams prebaked dough weight
